This is the support page for the GharSetu website and app. Use it for App Store and Google Play listing contact as well.
Email us
We read support mail as a small team. Include:
- whether you are on iPhone or Android
- what you were trying to do
- a screenshot if something looks broken, with message text hidden if you prefer
We can help with
- download and sign-in problems
- Free and Plus entitlements
- how Bridge and relationship memory work
- privacy questions
- account deletion requests
We cannot do
- therapy, counselling, or crisis intervention
- speak to the other person for you
- refund a store charge ourselves — Apple or Google must process those
If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Subscriptions and refunds
GharSetu Plus is billed by Apple or Google. To cancel or request a refund, use your store account. We can tell you whether your GharSetu entitlement looks active once you write to us.
